The Vineyard's range of wines is based on the 5 grape varieties present in the
Saint-Pourçain vineyard.
The Gamay and the Pinot Noir are delicately blended to create
harmonious and fruity reds. Our rosé is also produced from
the Gamay.
As for the whites, the Chardonnay, Sauvignon and, of course the
typically Saint-Pourcinois Tressallier, are subtly blended to
offer remarkable wines with great freshness and balance.

La
Perle de Chassignolles
The wine is made from a
blend of mostly CHARDONNAY 80% and also TRESSALLIER.
The vines are fifteen years old, palnted on a clay-silica plateau.
Early harvest for the "Perle de Chassignolles" to obtain
a good balanced wine and favouring good bubbles.Alcoholic temperature
controlled fermentation then malo-lactic formation.
Champagne method for 9 months.
A pale gold colour, the bubble is frankly present and is fine,
The nose has a floral character with a hint of green apple, typical
of TRESSALLIER.
The mouth is initially supple, then extended by the bubble and has
good length.
Particularly pleasant for an aperitif, plain or with a flavouring.
It is also delightful served with desserts.
La Rosée de Chassignolles
Newcomer in the Domain, stemming from a grape harvest of GAMAY, juices are carefully separated to isolate the "vintage" which, thanks to a traditional method, will give, after 9 months of elaboration, the Rosée de Chassignolles. Everything in fruity, gently and in fine bubbles, this traditional method will seduce the most delicate palates.
